Simply no complaints whatsoever, very pleasant stay. Fairly clean hotel in a renovated building just next door to shopping mall and movie theater, mall, and other entertainment venues. Reasonably large and fairly quiet rooms, with a lot of space. Very comfy beds and overall nice facilities. Helpful personnel and marvellous and exceptionally nice location in the Fairfield right next store.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the bus station, and our spacious room came equipped with a TV, microwave, and refrigerator.

Location: the hotel was close enough to movie theater, and restaurant, and mall. We booked suite and could use wake-up service, available in it.

This place is conveniently located not far from a shopping mall, Sam's Club, Walmart, restaurants, and the stadium nearby. The rooms here are fine and in a great location. There's a nice pool to enjoy and parking available on site. 🏊‍♂️

We had a great time visiting family and the suite option was perfect for us. The staff at Residence Inn made us feel welcome and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a stocked kitchen was a nice touch and we enjoyed spending time in the outdoor sitting area. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, even getting us a room on the second floor for easy access to the doggy area. The breakfast had many gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, and the bed was terrific. our stay was pleasant and reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms were somewhat spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved that our room had a stocked kitchen, with utensils, a fridge, a microwave, and a stove. The location was great, being close to the KC area and the stadium. The breakfast offered many choices, including options for those needing to eat gluten-free. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly.

Hard to think of anything negative about our stay at the hotel.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed during our Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the city. We also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen in our room, which had all the utensils and appliances we needed to make our own meals.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The pool was under construction, so we had to use the pool in the neighboring hotel, which wasn't heated and the kids didn't enjoy it much.

The hotel offered nice amenities which complemented my new year's stay. My family and I enjoyed having a whole kitchen with utensils, plates, fridge, microwave, and stove. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and tourist hotspots. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, and the complementary gifts that made our stay special.

While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I noticed a few areas that needed improvement. There was a strong smell in the hallways that was quite overwhelming, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner.
